KDDI Cableships & Subsea Engineering Inc.(KCS) has participated in the management of the Universal Jointing Consortium(UJ Consortium) as a member, and is engaging in the designing, manufacturing and supplying the UJ Consortium products. In addition, KCS offers the UJ jointer training relating to UJ, UQJ and UC, and issues the official certificate of the UJ Consortium.
